Nice link but define “Speedtrap”

If you count all the violation because people ignore or simply cannot read speed limt signs, then every public road is a speed trap.

e.g. washington-x where it transition from 45 mph to 30 mph just before the fire station. There are two 30 mph sign in a very short stretch of road, but people still ingnore it an keep going 45 even 50…cops just need to park in the grass and wait for the suckers.

I think this is more of an indirect reference guide for where police like to hang out and catch people speeding made by the people themselves, the speeders.
