Speed Trap on 290 (9/27/05)

Just giving you guys a heads up, troopers have speed traps set up on the 290 by the Main st. exit and further down beyond Delaware.

i saw the one by delaware this morning on my way to school, there was prob 4 or 5 cars.

End of the month, how appropriate… I think I’ll get on the 90 directly today and bypass the 290 entirely…

I saw one today also on the 290 —> on the crest of the hill between colvin exit and NFB exit, right by the brighton pool/golf dome… right where the speed limit sign says 45 for the construction that isn’t going on anymore… but people still do 75. watch yourselves!

i saw one on the way to work that wouldnt stop for the trooper til about a mile down the road, and this was on the 290 west where its 45mph

going from work to school i saw that, taking the 290 from the 990 to the 90, i passed one dude pulled over…then i saw a trooper throw his lights on behind another guy…then another pulled over…and then i saw one more trooper chillin in the no u-turn spot shooting radar into traffic…

yup…saw like 5 or 6 of them when I was headed towards niagara falls…good thing I wasn’t driving my car or I woulda been goin a lot faster than I was…but yea, watch out for them, there were like 3 people pulled over like all in a line pretty much and there were more troopers in the turn around part of the median

there are cops pretty much everywhere on the various X90s around here, just keep an eye out - no clue where they all came from all of a sudden

My escort was going full out Ka from like millersport up this morning, finally saw the cops between main st. and the 90 split

one little bastard was sitting on the bottom of the N Grand island bridge doing it last night (3:30’ish)
