Well I just got back from the AutoX weekend and here’s what I got done before I went:
Install Wolfe 6-Point Cage
Yup, that’s it. Haha. See below for my reasons/excuses though. I did some basic shit like change all the fluids, check the brakes etc. too. But not nearly what I wanted to get done. On an up-note I had an awesome time at the AutoX. The car is really getting sorted out and my driving is coming around nicely. :nod: The course had me deap in to 3rd gear (so nearly 90) which is hauling ass for an AutoX course.
What I didn’t get done:
Install PA Racing Tubular Front K-Member - A-Arms haven’t come in, no use ripin’ up the front end twice
Install PA Racing Tubular Front Lower Control Arms (awaiting arival :rolleyes: ) - still awaiting arival
Alignment (awaiting above installs)
Relocate Battery to the Spare-Tire Well - I’m teh lazy
Power Steering Cooler - Can’t place it 'till the new K-Member is in
Motor Oil Cooler - Same
Build Bracket for above Coolers - Same
Still a lot to do right there, and this weekend just made my list grow. C5 Brakes, Race Seats, T2R diff. and 3.73s etc. etc. It never ends
If I found the “right” job I might do it. But I like it out here. BTW I was driving up to Sacramento to sell some car parts the other day and I came across a road sign that had a few local towns distances then at the bottom “Ocean City, MD 3072” I thought that was kinda funny.
