fitting question

im looking for a fitting that converts the stock honda fuel feed line into a -6an line, my stock line is made like a brake line, it dosent have a hose that just slips over the hard line.

i have no clue what im looking for haha, all help is appreciated…thank you

Should probably post a pic lol
Feed line coming from where? the black thing ? (idk what it’s called)

ill get a pic tomorrow…at the firewall the hardline turns into a rubber hose but they attach together like a brake hose fitting

idk ill get a picture up tomorrow, if i cant find anything for that ill just cut the stupid thing off and run one of those fittings that has the screwdriver clamp in it lol

I’m going to use that, it’s simple, and black. The other option is to go with Tube Sleeves and adapters. It costs a little less, but it takes 3-4 pieces to adapt the line. You need to use AN -5 sleeves, then use a reducer to go to -6

of course chase would write that up, i want his fuel line kit but its way too expensive

so basically what you are going to use just slides over the hardline? and thats it?

bump, also does anyone know whats the thread size for a honda b series fuel rail so i can buy a fitting for that too

this is the hardline im talking about…i wanted to know if there is a fitting available that will screw right into the hardline and convert that to -6an lines.

i cut the flare at the end off and used a new crush fitting with the fuel set up that came in my other car, so i cant really give you a size.

I haven’t found a fitting or adapter that will just thread on. The Russel adapter seems the simplest, and looks like you just cut the flare off, pull the nut, and that goes on.

i have a flaring tool if you want to just flare it to an AN size it would be pretty easy…

I always try to avoid compression fittings, especially with flamables.

pm me and i will give you everything you need to know i just did this to my ek so got part numbers around.

turbominime4door and newman…i PM’d you

thank you for the help
