torque>*

not on the street

want to bet

torque wins races. HP is just for ricers

maybe in V8 world because none rev past 5200rpm

sweet

mine does:spank:

exactly

because they don’t need to. without tq, hp becomes useless

yea yea yea V8s are cool

The typical 900whp honda makes 500-500tq…but will go mid 9’s no problem at 160+mph

listen to yourself man! Go research both HP and Tq then post back…

my motor is made to rev to 8300

Take your a ricer that never watches, say NASCAR?

V8’s reving to 10,000+ in every NASCAR.

Where are the Hondas there?

The Toyotas can’t even hang…
:wtcslap:

ok
a) the forumula to find hp is (rpm X torque) / 5252 so they are relavant to each other. quit trying to argue which one is better before the thread gets locked

i like joe overton’s lt1 f-body more…

yay for NASCAR:beer:

as again,what WEIGHT!!!

it never ends!:kekegay:

fastest stock block lt1 in the world or some shit and he is NA

i regularly shift my big block at 6500. rev limiter is 7000, and its daily driver reliable

i’ve already read up on both a long time ago and without torque your not going anywhere sure they both play their part but if you have very high hp and very low tq it’s gonna take you FOREVER to get to top speed. stop thinking you know everything because you’ve broken a few honda’s

oh ya cause NASCAR motors dont rev 8,xxx rpms or Formula 1 v8s dont rev to 18,xxx rpms

and LSX’s stock got past 5,200 rpms and cam’d lsxs go to 7 or even over 7k rpms
