Flip Flop License plate frame, or license plate relocator

hey guys I am looking for a license plate relocator like the one pictured below I was wondering if anyone had one for sale or where I could go to find one, I am also looking for a more rare license plate piece that makes the plate flip back as you drive foward and when you stop it goes back to normal so if anyone knows of any please let me know asap, thanks alot

Either of those could be made quite cheaply, the flipflop one being a bit more difficult to do… But the relocator should take someone with a brain about 3 minutes to fab up.
