For Rent: 2nd floor storage

I finally found a garage to store my cars in. Just so happens there is a 2nd floor thats 20x20. I have no use for it so looking to rent it out to someone for storage only. There won’t be 24/7 access but i am available just about all hours if you need to get into it. Garage is very secure with a new security door, new glass block windows and a new roof this week. Location is in lackawanna. Asking $120 a month or best offer.

the post is about 6ft tall. Just to give perspective on the height.

Lmao would make a nice room when the wife is mad at me. But that’s what the garage part is for :slight_smile: price is negotiable if you don’t need the whole 20x20 space.

Also space is not available till April 1st.

$100 bump. Thats .25 a sqft. Wont find cheaper storage.
