I’m moving into a bigger shop later this year but the lease on my current place won’t be up for another year or so. They are in the same complex so its not like I’m moving out of the area, just about 200’ down the building. Its mostly a feeler if I can get someone lined up before I move. If not I will be forced to buy out of my lease.
The space is 25’ wide by 50’ deep. One normal sized man door, 12’ x 12’ garage door. Ceilings inside are around 13’ 6" give or take.
Electric w/available 220 service. Has propane heater installed, filled by Holland Propane, can be discussed if you wish to use it, if not it will be removed. There is NO WATER.
Landlord has 10 cameras on the property watching every corner of the building and entrance/exit of parking lot.
You do not have to rent the entire space, I am willing to split the space and I will keep a vehicle or two inside at the back. That can be discussed.
Availability will be at the soonest beginning of November but possibly as late as January.
If you wish to rent the ENTIRE space it would be $600 + utilities. But as stated above the price can be negotiated down by the space you actually want to rent. My normal electric bill is around $30 and I’m there 4 days a week.
These are photos from when I moved in and a non current shot of all the BS, just to give you an idea of the size. I currently have 8 cars in there plus a TON of shelving and still have a decent sized work bay.
If the water at the door in the pics bother you, there is now a 10’ slab of concrete added to that before the parking lot stone.
