I have garage space available for 1 car with room to work on it. The space is actually 3 cars wide but half is rented. You would share space with another board member. Garage is fully insulated but not heated. Last year they used a small propane heater and it worked well. The garage is separate from my house. 24hour access.

$100.00/month. Located on Grand Island

RENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST - NO exceptions (Last guy was asked to leave because he did not understand this.)

this is such a good a price I’m surprised more people arent all over this.

just give it a month, people willl be in this thread daily asking if the spots still open, because they waited to long to get storage, and they realize that working on a car in the driveway in winter blows
