I have 2 garage spaces for rent. This is a fully insulated garage but does not have heat. I have been in there in the dead of winter and it is not too bad. You will have access to your car 24x7 and can work on it if you wish. (There will not be a whole lot of room around it but you can probably manage.) The only others that will have access will be me and the other renter. The garage has great lighting. Located on Grand Island.

I would like to rent it for December through April. The car must leave at the beginning of May as I will need my space back.

$275.00 for each space until May 1st, after that you have to remove it.
