I bought a house and need to move out of my apartment. It is a one bedroom on West Ferry across from the Ronald McDonald house. The rent is $605 a month including 1 off street parking spot in the lot, and all utilities. The heat is not controlled like other places… I keep it at 74.
Anyone interested… It probably won’t be available until April since I dont close on my house until the end of Feb

yeah it is modern looking, new carpet, new kitchen, new paint.
It is a very nice building. The lady that manages it does all of the landscaping during the summer so there are a lot of nice flowers and bushes in the courtyard area.

I just closed on my house and am moving out tomorrow
This apartment will be ready to be rented by March 15th
