Ok so my current roommate will be moving out and I would like to stay here so I wanted to see if anyone will be in the market for a place to live, the lease would be officially starting July 1st but you would be able to move in at the end of June. My apartment is located in the Northway 11 Communities. Each year the rent has gone up $10/month so I would assume rent would be $360/month per person. That does not include utilities.
