Looking to find someone to take over my spot on a lease, I am moving in with my g/f and need someone to replace me so I can get out of the lease. It’s a townhouse at the Northway 11 Communities in Ballston Lake/Malta area. My half of rent is $440/month plus about $130-$140/month for cable.
