You have my interest with the legends you are talking about. Gonna check SC today for a pair. Hoping for alot of snow now, this is gonna be bad.
If your in Peterborough, Wild Rock stocks a bunch of Northwave shat.
I got mine in Kitchener but it was a oneoff deal not stock And as for bindings I rocked Burton P1’s the year before and Drake 150’s last season and for half the price, the Drake’s killed the Burtons.
I think burton is crazy overrated now, you are just paying for the name.
^ I used to use all Burton gear for many years. Now I only use one of their boards (T6).
I switch to K2 bindings, Northwave boots, and the T6 for pow. T.Rice Libtech for park and big back country booters. haha
I find Burton’s quality has gone down tremendously. I have and old pair of Customs that are like 8 years old and would still work great if I used them. I had a pair of new Customs that lasted me 3 weeks…shit quality now. I broke the base plate in half.
damn… i’ve had the boarding itch since september. right now i’m rocking an older burton board with some new freestyle bindings i got last year. my boots, well, you remember when canadian tire started getting into snowboarding stuff? lol, yeah, it’s rough. next thing i’m getting though.
i HAVE to move out west for all that snow though, lol.
Yep - my P1’s I thought would be sickest ever, not.
3 toe straps, 2 boot straps, 1 base plate and 1 ankle plate before I tossed them.
I want to go to stoke again though best boarding I’ve ever had.
Ouch, I wanted to make a quick trip over to Whistler a couple weeks ago when they were getting hammered with snow. Nov this year was the snowiest month they have ever had, just over 18 feet fell last month. Ughhh…
i want to go this year but I’m nervous of falling to hard on my shoulder anymore … pokes at screws
Get body armour…
might just take it easy this year
i want to be able to turn my wheel comfortably with both hands by next year lol
haha i wish i could just swap out my current clavicle with the plate and screws for this one
… fucking lance armstrong
