Another make it or break it for a union is one that certifies that
two very different employees get paid the same to do the same job.

Not all employees are equal. If you treat them that way, then you remove the motivation of the stars to go above and beyond.

if it wasn’t for the union you would be able to weed out the slackers and keep the qualified hard working employees.
