I saw the 030 flipped. In that case the 458 turned into the 030, in the DW’s case the the 030 tries to win the race by winning that corner and ran the DW out.
So much work goes into the DW concept and they are just minding their own business, and then got taken out by a glorified prius…

See this is more of a racing incident, if not the 030’s over optimistic move to win the corner. The 458 is already committed to the corner before the 458 was passed. Essentially the 030 dive bomb the 458.

theres no dive bomb, you know theres a prototype coming, you take a wide line unless you are fighting another car in your class. I’m not complaining, its just something that happens all the time in this kind of racing. unfortunately in that one it put anthony davidson in the hospital. 2 broken vertabrae
at least in the deltawing incident it was between two cars in the same class.
