some specs of the place are this
1st bedroom is 10x11
2nd is 10x12 give or take. its fairly decent sized…no security is required… since you would just be taking it over with me.
pets are allowed i suppose… dogs preffered since i have a little female dacsund.
place has a built in bar room / entry room which is 9 1/2 by 14 1/2 feet
the living room is 11 by 11 1/2 there is a closet in both rooms 1 in the living room and 1 in the hallway
there is only 1 bathroom though. it is 6 by 6 1/2 feet so it must be kept neat obviously. full basement and full attic which is half the length of the house

its 1st door on the left then upstairs.
there is apparently a garage to store your car in… but im not sure about the details of that yet.
