I did not want to post here, but we can’t find anyone to move in that we approve of.

$300/month all utilities included
washer/dryer
huge balcony
bar with functional tap
etc, etc

located in university heights. current lease runs through july. you will not be on the lease, however we will expect 1 months rent as security deposit.

we have everything we need for the apt, you dont need to bring anything except what you would need in your room.

there are 3 of us there right now, we are all easy going guys, and we like to drink. we keep the bar fairly well stocked, along with the beer fridge. 2 of us work full time, 1 is a full time student. We keep the place clean and would expect you to pitch in as well.

the rooms arnt large, i’ll get measurements when i get home. there is offstreet parking, but its already taken by us and other people in the house.

we have the entire upstairs, there are 2 apartments below us. both are very cool people, never had any problems.

I am in the process of getting a job in buffalo so this would be perfect as I am keeping my place in rochester. If only the company would hurry up and hire me. I would probably only stay there a couple days a week. I might be coming up that way this weekend. I will let you know.
