It’s a 3 bedroom house in spencerport, inground pool, full bar, pooltable and hot tub, pretty much the worlds best bachelor pad. right off rt. 104, 20 minute commute to downtown.
He’s looking for $500 a month which includes everything.

I am the person in question here regarding the house, I am good friends with zwarbyt and Denton and I have to thank them both for there support in my attempts to find a roomate or two. Please if anybody is looking for a place to live or wants to upgrade, or whatever, pm zwarbyt and he’ll set some shit up. Thanks again to all involved helping me out during this shitty time and all who might consider helping me out of this shit.
If I didn’t work on the east side, I would definitely consider this.
