I just bought a house and am moving out of my 2 bedroom duplex. I talked to the landlord and he said he’ll keep the rent about the same($425), maybe up it $10 cause of NT’s water. Its a side by side duplex, the land lord lives next door. You have your own driveway, seperate enterance, back patio, W/D hookups in the apt. Includes water only, decent size living room about 12x20 (I can get the exact sizes if you need). The bedrooms are smaller, I have a king size bed in my room but thats about all I have in my room.
