haa i am, i am in town for a week for a family emergency but need to have an apt picked out when i get back… found one i like… but about tripple the price of these =(

and as far as bar’s i dont drink so dont have to worry about that… even tough i went out Saturday night and a sprite was $4

Wow, both of those places sound great. I will be looking in that general area in Fall. Just for a frame of reference, any idea how much off street parking these places have?

^ I haven’t seen either place, but it sounda like it has a parking “area” that can probably hold 3 or 4 cars, plus the driveway.

I’ll see if I can grab some pics tomorrow.
