Finally got my last apartment in LKPT rented and find out later today the other tenant just bought a house.:banghead:
Here’s the deal. It is a large 2 bdrm and has another room that is about 8X8 that could be used as a small third bedroom or a computer/storage room.
Kitchen and bath has brand new ceramic floors last year and the carpet is only two yrs old.The living room has very nice, original HW floors.
Other tenants are very nice and keep the place very nice.downstairs tenant spends prob an hr a day outside in the summer doing to flowers and such.
Rent is $595 a month and includes water,garbage and electric.
