Geoff if you get the email newsletter from Express you can show them on your phone and you should get the discount. I did it personally about 2 weeks ago, 15 off $75 I think.
Not sure if the promo code will work in the store…never tried.
I have $75 off $250, $50 off $150, $30 off $100, or $15 off $30. I get them in the mail every other week.

Those cards are awesome. A couple of times awhile back I actually managed to get a dumbass clerk who let me use them for red line items. Got the stuff DIRT CHEAP.
