FREE VIN check...

Just a heads up found this little hack…

copypasta this into url bar

http://www.chilsonwilcox.com/autocheck.php?vin=

put your VIN after the =

voila.

Hahaha… wonder how long before they realize this and close it down.

once it does, you search google with:
dealer autocheck inurl:vin
choose the first result, when i did it was an NSX search someone did, then put your VIN on whatever pops up at that time.
My guess is they run out after a month and you have to do another one when it expires?

7th owner of my 2g but everything else checks out. Thought for sure it was dash swapped.

Nice. Found out I’m 2nd owner of my car, how fun this is.

Only 1 accident on the bmw iv owned. That good to know.

awesome!!! my civic has a clean title just like I though… kind of funny. only 60,000 miles too

Cool find

thx

My trail blazer SS was registered 5 days after I traded it in.

Pretty cool. It looks like the 560i was once a dealer vehicle out of Philly as well as being a lease

The OBXT is local, first registered in NT.

good stuff, thanks for the link

Good find

Cool, the old Roush F150 I had was sold by me to a dude in San Antonio, he still has it.

I traded my saturn into a dealer in PA, someone local bought it.

The guy I sold my Thunderbird to in Rochester wrecked it.

This caught a frame damage notification that carfax must have overlooked on a car I was considering purchasing. Kcuv saved me many headaches haha. Thanks man

This method was fixed by autocheck a long time ago, im surprised it works again.

Can anyone get me a report?

EDIT! http://www.jerryscars.com/inventory/RenderAutocheck?vin=1FACP41E9LF174165&sid=5032401 this link works. Replace with your own VIN and hit enter.

Still works

I must be doing something wrong. You just put the number in after the VIN= part correct?

Try this one:
http://www.jerryscars.com/inventory/RenderAutocheck?vin=5N1ED28YXYC577947&sid=5032401

change my vin to yours

^^Thanks, got it working now. I was completely deleting everything after the = sign including the last bit after the & symbol but if I just directly replace my VIN in the space yours was it works.
