That civic was from Oakville as well. Me and John met him at a Sunoco while we were getting gas and he said that his best time before was 13.07. However, he was only running about 13.3 that night. He also broke some stuff and had bigger wheels.
Pretty fast for a civic.

his best run to date was 13.06 on some shitty tires
he had rt615 on it and he was hoping for a high 12 but didnt get to run much.
