front lower control arm

hey i was just looking for some advice, right now im in the middle of replacing the front lower control arm. all the nuts are undone but the bolt holding the control arm to the front subframe will not come out. the nut is off and it will spin with a lot of force, but the bolt will not come out.

i tried to hammer it out but there is no room to move a hammer with the steering component right beside it.

and if i cut it out, do i need to get the specific bolt to replace it? or will any bolt do? thank you.

have you got an impact gun?

spin the bolt and apply pressure from the other side…

sometimes they are a PITA

use an impact chizel with a punch end on it. push the bloody thing out.
