No parts are rusted out, BUT there is surface rust, like little spotty tiny dots.
and the key to the ignition was lost.
been sitting in the garage along with the home made mini bike for a bit.
gained its surface rust since the key was lost a few years back.

meh, idk. i payed like 50 bucs for a bike like this a couple yrs back. then after it never ran and never started i gave it away.
