how long you had the car? 249,000 miles? original engine still? any work on the engine that you know of?
I’ve had the car since March last year. The previous owner told me that it is a lower mile engine, but I have no verification. I doubt it, since he lied about 10 other things when he sold it to me. I do not know of any work done to the engine. Until it popped the power steering leak, it was in my driveway for 8 months and didn’t leave a single drop of anything on the driveway. The P.O. put a new cap, rotor, and wires on. I put on a new exhaust from the cat back, new shifter cable, battery, front brake rotors/pads, and air filter.
It does have a lot of miles, but it starts up first try every time. I started it up when it was 9 degrees out and it didn’t even hesitate. Starts up and idles on it’s own no problem.
