FS:1990 240sx (MORE PICS UPDATED)

1990 240sx for saleeee!
there is 235xxx km’s on the body…
engine runs but cant drive,pretty much done…-
and i just dont feel like fixing it…so im selling car as is.
ther is a dent on the passenger side rearquarter pannel
but other then that the car is cleaaaan…barely ne rust at all
you have to look for it in the wheel well…little spot under ther spoiler
interior is very clean too
but other then that very clean 90 240.

Wow that looks pretty nice… might want to give a better description of how she’s running though, like if it has the power left to make it back to a potention buyer’s house. Pics of the rocker panels are good too.

i dont know id say you could make it some of teh way haha
but maybe all the way there i was going for lunch last week
and it kept dieing on me…but ther wasnt ne coolant getting
to the radiator and it has a blown head gasket i know that much
i still made it home and it was about a 15 min ride…blows allot
of smoke out of the exhaust too.ne wayss if ne one is interested
let me knowww i need a new car soon hahah :E

same thing happened to my KA24E, i changed my head gasket, did nothing, coolant kept coming in. I was reading somewhere that the timing chain tensioner goes and cracks the timing chain cover causing cooling and leak into the crank case…

^^^^ Bingo, if the chain digs away enough at the cover, it is forever screwed until you replace the cover. How’s the tranny and the rest of the car?

the trannys fine…so is the clutch…
it has a few new things on the engine
but the engine is pretty much done…you could use
it fer sum parts…new belts,distributor cap,master clutch cylinder,fuel injectors and O rings. the body is pretty good exept for the dent on the rear quater pannel.

Yup samething happened to my KA24E!! Once I had the timing chain, guide, etc… and the head gasket done, it ran strong!! The guy that bought my car has probably put about 20,000KM’s or more on the car and said he loves it!!

Can you post pics of the engine and interior? I might be interested as the banged up body may be ideal for a drifto machine :E

if u look by the injectors on the engine they wer leaking
but i replcaed them so theyre good now…
other then that its a clean engine! :E
