I’m selling my 1990 735il, I no longer need it. 155k, Auto, black with grey leather interior, wood grain, 20% tint on all the windows except the front 2 which are 50% (tint is less than a year old).
runs beautifully, holds a perfect idle. interior is in beautiful shape. The carpet on the passenger rear floor is uglied up, but floormats would hide that.
there are 2 spots of rust, by the gas door and the drivers side rear dogleg.
I’ve replaced the hydraulic line from the pump the the reservoir for the ps/hydraulic self-leveling rear suspension, new pass side grill, new oem hella lights on the pass side ($250!), rebuilt oem starter from bavarian auto recycling, has a 6 month warranty. Just changed the oil. I dropped the drain plug washer so I didn’t replace it, and now it leaks a couple drops a night out of there, so I assume it just needs a new washer.
has every option. heated seats (which work perfect), rear sunshade, power rear seats, self leveling rear suspension, etc. all the one touch functions work, power sunroof works perfect. power everything, alarm with remote & keyless entry
It needs a driveshaft u-joint, (drives fine but makes noise once in a while) and tires. They have tread but are old. It also wouldn’t hurt to get new ball joints. The car is inspected until July of next year.
i dont think youll have much trouble getting fairly close to that price. i sold my 90 735i for like 2200 this past winter. it had 200k, and wasnt as nice (mine was white as well which i dont like as much). you should change your title to 735iL though (was prolly just a typo)

kbb is like 3700 or so, so I want this to go quickly. Ideally, I’d like to sell this now, and my euro m20 motor, and my worked head and/or 10.2:1 m20 pistons, so I could go buy this s52 and have it in my touring for the Glen

it would make it to florida with no problems. i dont drive much besides to school and hockey, but i took it to fredonia a while back, no problems. and I’m taking it to watkins glen to watch the vintage races this weekend
