As you guys may know I decided this car is too clean and rust free to drive through winter. I was gonna wait to sell, but may have found a winter car I want so if I can get rid of this in the next couple days I will.
1990 bmw 325is, schwarz black, set up for black interior (black door panels, grey carpet, etc) but comes with blue leatherette seats (the sport seats, manufactured by recaro (well bmw had recaro do the seats then produced them on their own). eibach springs
within the past 1000 miles, the car has received;
2.7 stroker motor. 88 325e 2.7 liter crank, rods and pistons. 2.5 cyl head. at this time, all belts, hoses, timing belt, water pump, headgasket and bolts, etc were replaced. also has Ireland Engineering urethane motor and transmission mounts. new clutch.
has i think a z3 shift knob.
within the past 50 miles, the car has received
brand new rh 17" wheels, new yokohama avs es100 215-40-17 tires
new radiator
new t-stat
throttle body replaced
sony mp3 cd player
infinity coaxials all around
50% tint up front 20% in back
car needs; hood and fender (was in a little scuffle with prev owner)
has rash around the gas door, must have been hit in a parking lot
i am not including my houndstooth seats with sale. will come with the blue sport seats i mentioned earlier. drivers seat bottom has a tear in it, and pass seat retaining mechanism is messed up. pass side highbeam assembly is missing, probably $45. they have it at j & J, i’ll probably get it one of these days
$4500 firm with wheels and tires, and stereo. if its gone in the next couple days. otherwise im keeping it, putting a couple hundred into it, and selling it for $6500
I was gonna replace the hood and fender, and put black leather in it and sell it for ~$6500, but I came upon a car I want and may get rid of it now if my price is right
this car is fast. tons of fun. and everyone wants a black on black 325is, let alone one with a stroker, let alone one with no rust.
almost forgot. new roundels (BMW hood/trunk emblems) ($65!)
