Sorry I thought this stuff was there.
The seats are BMW leatherette (vinyl), it origianally had black, heated and power, leather seats, but it was all cracked and splitting. The side panels were also falling apart, so the seats and panels (doors and rear) were replaced with matching '97 tan, non-heated, and non power seats.
If you know these early BMWs, they all had problems with the interiors and to get the newer modle stuff cost a fortune.
As far as MPG, it gets ~22 mixed with the tune rich (needs fine tuning).
Car currently has ~146k miles. It has been turboed for ~2,000 of those.
