FS: 2002 VW Jetta GLS TDi *Diesel*

91,XXX Miles

Black on Black Leather w/ all the goodies - Pretty much the rarest and most demanded combos.

Heated Seats, Leather, Steering wheel controls, Premium Sound w/Sirius Tuner & CD Changer, Boost Gauge from 42 draft designs - looks factory, Moon Roof, Heated mirrors, Power everything, Auto driver and passenger windows. Interior is nearly perfect. Also includes a GLi Aero Kit.

Within the last year the car has received BRAND NEW Injectors & Injector Nozzles (Kerma PP520), a brand new MAF, Regular oil/filter changes with AMSOIL, and factory filters, New Bilstein Shocks, and Brakes.

The turbo was replaced about 1 year ago by Autohaus VW.

Intake has been cleaned within 10,000 miles.

Only known mechanical problems are the bearings at the top of the front shocks are bad, and I have the new ones in hand, and will install them. Also the seal on the vacuum pump is leaking and I have that as well.

The car has a Rocketchip European ECU in it, and along with the larger nozzles, it runs very well. It makes a safe 130hp with 230-250 ft-lb of torque. It was street tuned in person by Jeff @ Rocketchip, the only guy I would ever trust my diesel tuning to. It also has a boost valve installed to prevent boost spikes.

This car runs amazing, starts every time, the first time (even during the coldest of days this winter).

I am looking for a firm $12,500 for this car.

I am not in a hurry to sell, so spare your lowball offers.

I have achieved over 700 miles on a single tank of diesel on roadtrips with this car, and that is without actually trying to conserve fuel. There are plenty of people out there doing 50+ mpg on road trips with this exact combo, I normally average in the mid to high 40’s simply because I do not have the patience that others have. Think about the fuel savings.

Edit:

Also, I have H&R Sport springs on it right now, but I can include the stock springs, as well as new rear shocks, and the stock front and rear valences.

The summer and winter mats are included as well

 for a super, super clean car. always looks amazing. wish i needed another car

Friggin’ balla. No idea what these are worth, but I bet someone snatches it up.

Can you post pics?I will show an older guy at work and I know he will want to see pics.He has been looking for a VW diesel tho.
D

you should just hang on to it until 08

I’ll have to look around. Its lowered right now but i can put the stock springs back on and take the aero kit off if need be.

awe i’d be on this if it didn’t have leather. I will not buy a car with leather.

I have a spare set of black cloth front seats! haha

NO!

How much did it cost you to replace the turbo?

Warranty

Oh hot.

Wow, if I sold my stook, i’d be on this shit like white on rice.

man if i didn’t already have a econobox stock civic i’d consider this

i’d like to see some pics anyways htough =)

remember I almost destroyed that perfect rear leather seats with some left over chunks from STPR TOM

Chuck, you are so lucky you did not vomit in my car. LOL

Bump for rising gas prices!

The Ugly
Right front speaker goes out sometimes, I believe it is a loose connection at the door.
Vacuum Seal is bad, I have the seal on order and will replace.
Front Shock Bearings are bad, Have the parts, will replace.
Drivers front seat has slight cracking in about a 1”x1/2” spot, barely noticable.
Drivers front door has the usual peeling away of the surface material on the switchplace, but it is very minor.
Shift knob has chrome chipping off.
I have a new drivers mirror, its going on this week.

Sweet Jebus. A black MKIV leather TDI with VR6 clutch, rocketchip & injectors, and GLI ground effects? Someone buy this and throw on Monte Carlo’s so I can live vicariously through someone else!

GLWS. I’m surprised it’s not gone already.
