FS: 1995 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series MINT

As the title states my parents want to sell their Mint condition 1995 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series in Candy Apple Red. The car has approximately 12k on the odometer, always garaged and never driven in the winter. Everything is still original from the factory including that new car smell in the interior, Oil changed regularly and battery has been kept on a charger.

The only reason they want to sell it is we’ve recently had to go through a change in life style and now require the space in the garage for other things.

I won’t really be able to provide pics as it’s currently under a car cover and my dad doesn’t want me to touch it heh but feel free to come over and check it out in person.

They’d like to get $15k or best offer and need this out soon.

psh, im selling a 99 buick century custom for only 4k =P

you can get an 04 lincoln ls for less than 15k

Lincoln LS’s are complete garbage … unless it’s an LSE … which is rare to begin with

but still … that is WAY overpriced for a 95 … MAYBE if it was a 99+ …

well what would you consider a fair price for essentially a brand new lincoln town car?

Low Retail Clean Retail Value High Retail
Base Price $2,900 $4,050 $4,975

Mileage - 15,000 miles $1,450

TOTAL PRICE $4,350 $5,500* $6,425

Id say $7500 is more like it, and thats being generous…

guys, this is a niche car. Mainly for old people, but a soon-to-be 13 year old car with 12k miles is hardly your typical 13 year old car.

Thats “retail” value…assuming these people are NOT selling this car at a dealership, retail means nothing. checking the value for private party sales, it drops drastically…

Condition Value

                                       				 			 			 		Excellent $4,885

Good $4,465

Fair $3,970

my girlfriend’s dad just bought a loaded crown for some where around 18K brand new

these cars are baller status!!glws

1.5k is my offer.

if you want $15k for it, put it back in the garage and wait 15-20 more years. Then you’ll get some value like that from it.

There is a guy in PA with a 1997 Bonneville SSEi 40th anniversary edition (one of 637) with only 155 miles on it who is looking for $30k/bo who is in the same boat. and I would give that one a better chance of getting the cash sooner.

comparing ford to lincoln is like comparing toyota to lexus, similar yes but theres allot of things that contribute to the higher msrp.

15k is the price he wanted to start out with on a car he originally spent about 50k on and still looks like it just came off the show room floor.

If someone is interested or you know someone who may be interested they can come over and check it out and make him a reasonable offer for it. $15k isn’t firm but preferred somewhere close to that.

It’s a gorgeous car though and im sad to see it go but needs to be done.

I do appreciate everyones comments though and if he decides to lower the initial price then i will have him take all this into consideration but when its a best offer situation then don’t be affraid to make an offer, you just might get it regardless.

put it on ebay and see what it fetches…

That is your best bet by far.I think it would fetch close to $10K on there
D

that is a possibility. Been holding off on that to see if we can sell it locally first.
