FS: 1996 VW GTI MKIII VR6

I am selling my 1996 mark 3 gti. VR6, 5spd, leather, moonroof, a few mods, etc… 139k miles. Well maintained. Absolutely a blast to drive. a/c deleted as well as power steering but have all the parts to replace. This car rips for an n/a car. Absolutely unbelievable. $3200 cash or valued a little higher towards a trade.

  • P&P 2.9 euro clone intake manifold
  • EIP chip
  • open cone air filter
  • 2.5" magnaflow catback exhaust with the resonator deleted
  • FK Streetline coilovers

body mods:

  • Euro textured side strips and bumper tops,
  • Jetta front with the working foglight harness,
  • Rear wiper delete (still have parts to put back),
  • Smoked fogs, blanks, turns and markers.

maintenence:

  • New Alternator
  • Fresh timing chain job. The job was also done with OEM chains, guides, and
    rails from fourseasons tuning,
  • New oil cooler,
  • Cooler seals and lines.
  • New gaskets all around.
  • Fresh Royal Purple oil,
  • New oil filter housing gasket,
  • New oil temp sensor seals,
  • New billet aluminum crack pipe
  • New front motor mount (commonly goes to ****),
  • New strut bearings and mounts,
  • New tie rod ends

Bad:

  • Power steering removed (have all parts)
  • AC removed (have all parts)
  • Secondary Air Hose broke (temparorly fixed)

$3200
Will also consider trades and would also prefer trades with cash coming my way. I have 4 other cars and my 95 talon project is eating threw my funds. Really could use some cash. Not too negotiable on the price so if you’re planning on low balling me I could probably save you some time. I paid 3 grand for it not running and put a lot of money and a ton of labor into it. This car is a blast to drive. I would rather keep this and get rid of my 05 1.8t gti but I owe too much money on it. lol.

 dude, this is a great lookign car

if you just did the chains this thing is rock solid for another 60-100k

vr’s are awesome bc every 60-100k something really pricey breaks, but everything before that is gravy. minor shit anyone that is mechanically inclined can repair.

also, vr’s are super fun to drive. they rip, and are really fun dd’s
