There is a suspension knock when going over bumps or pulling the wheel from side to side (when parked). Most likely tie rods. Sway Bar End Links and bushing were just replaced in an attempt to fix this issue and so was the passenger side control arm/ball joint.[/LIST]

Have you checked the upper strut mounts/bearing plates? Thats what this sounds like to me…
