FS: 1999 Sunset Orange Pearl Honda Civic Hatch Type R

As some of you might know, I lost my job back in the beginning of January 2010. Trying to make ends meet isn’t exactly working out when you have a mortgage and 2 kids (one being a new born) and the wife still currently on Mat leave. Trying to find something to replace my government is job difficult with our economy so I tried to wait it out for as long as I can, but reality has set in specially in the holidays. I know it wont sell the car before Christmas but just wanted to put it out on the market anyway and see what happens. If it doesn’t sell Ill keep it and play more when the funds become available again but I wont know till I try.

As you can see this car is in immaculate condition.
If you are willing to take the whole car as is, Im sure that we can work out a deal.
I might be forgetting to mention a few parts here and there but U get the Idea
Currently the car is not registered so you will have to come to Ajax and I can take you around the block in it.
Has not seen winter since my possession in 2007.
Has seen a handful of rainy days in the past few years but that’s it. I drive without wipers so I don’t drive when its going to rain.

As for pricing:

The base package as is. (Bring your own 4x114.3), (No deck or speakers), (Comes with stock front but color matched)…10K obo.

Take the whole car as is with all parts mentioned above with whatever other parts I have lying around …$12K obo.

Also just to let you know during the wire tuck process, we accidentally cut the speed sensor of the car thus my speedometer is not working. I have been running this for 2 years now…I just kinda know how fast im going via gears and RPM and it just never really bothered me.

***No I don’t have any stock parts. What I have listed is what I have for the car
***No I will not swap parts with cash on top
***No I will not part out unless the car is sold first
***No I am not interested in any trades or trades plus cash
***No I don’t care what you think my car is worth in the market. If you don’t like my pricing, Im not forcing you to buy it
***No I will not take 7K cash in hand for everything, Id rather just keep it and let it rot
***No I will not hold it for you till spring, first with cash get it
***No Im not a car dealership so…NO PAYMENT PLANS!

PM me for any more questions.
Thanks
Paolo
