Check engine light is on - stock exhast been gutted - no cat - only reason for light

=( yea i know i know it sucks =( I’m tryin to figure something out, but it just isnt in the cards so it seems, i cant get enough govt aid for school and i have to come up w\ the rest. I’m already 21 and have alot of school ahead of me. It’s time i got my ass in gear. Im goin for orthopedics, which is rather costly and it isnt offered at alot of schools. Im pretty limited as to wher ei can go in the area, to specialize in this field.
I figure what im gunna do is have to sell her, use the dynasty for a bit or get myself a decent 1st Gen talon or 240 in good shape and for cheap and use that, and begin work after a year or so, which is when ill get more govt aid.
I guess the pay off will be that in the future, and im a doctor, I’ll be able to get one’a the cars ive always dreamed of having…the lotus elise. =-)
yes it is, the car is surprisingly quick from a stop.
i had alot of fun bootin up and down my street and around the block, and even tho its got decently wide tires on it it as still easy to break the tires free during shifts
i fried the tires on a bunch of 1-2 shifts
i also have a downpipe flange sitting over here, its home made but it will work nice, havent built a downpipe yet because its still the stock exhaust
and theres very little pressure loss across that FMIC as it is , 10 @ the waste gate nipple is 9.5 @ the intake manifold on the first dyno run, after tuning overall boost dropped a lil bit (due to cooler exhaust temps im sure)
