How do you get a Type-R body on a RSX …if it`s the type-s ?
If there`s a different kit on it, how can it be 100% stock ?

I remember reading somewhere that there was a special performance upgrade from the factory which just added some of the Type R aero.
Will you sell it any cheaper if I just want to use it as a winter beater?

There is no Acura RSX Type-R. Only Honda Integra Type-R.
You’d find it easier to sell on a VW, Prelude, or Integra forum

yes… a NEW honda integra type-r (in japan) which is the same body style as an RSX here to us in canada… and their type-r model is superior to the type-s we have…
They’re Type-S is superior to our Type-S. Plus JDM Tyte Yo!!! :thumright:

I know most people here are looking for an FR - but who says you have to take the Acura to the track?
If you need to get groceries in style, give your date a nice drive to the club, or want to look good driving around in the winter, then the RSX is a great deal.
Also, the RSX can smoke 240’s, RX8’s, and bone stock Subarus. 200 HP Vtec and Toyo Proxes 4 are a really good combination - Fastest top speed is 235 KM but I ran out of road - it probably could have made 240+

Perhaps a stock 240SX I can go and buy a 97-98 240sx LE in nice shape and either go SR or KAT for nearly the same money and walk all over that RSX. We can give rides to the club in style in out own cars

RX8s? Care to back up that with some facts? And I hope that by bone stock subarus you mean the base model NON-turbo Impreza, which you’d still have trouble with off the line.
I like the RSX a lot, but that’s cuz I think it looks pimp. I just don’t like owners that think their bone stock RSX is fast, cuz that’s ignorance^2.
^^^ rx8s are farely slow. id believe it… considering mazda over quoted the original hp before it was sold, and rebated all pre-ordered customers with free extended waranty for the miss quote.

Your right about the subaru, my buddy has a 2005 Impreza 2.5RS Sport stock. We killed the RSX up until 150 then VTEC hit. but took him a while to catch up to us because the AWD launch is FUKIN nutz.
FYI his car is 165hp 160trq
It’ll be running 18.5lbs of boost in about 3 days… n/a to turbo
