according to my used vehicle information package on a 1996 240sx
Retail-$4000
Wholesale-$2000
But in all real life I hardly see any go for that much. Just like the Nsx was around $40000-$45000 when it came out and now is still worth at least that much or more. Some cars hold their values more than others.
Btw Retail on a 89-94 is some where around $900 but you cant get a decent one for under $1500-2900
you people are saying this car aint worth 9 g’s? if not 9 at least 6500, tell me if you can find any s14’s for lower than 6 g’s, you shouldnt talk if you dont know nothing about nissan, and the car is bone stock, i havnt done anything to this car, just has a deck from previous owner
Hey, i’m interested in your S14, but perhaps you could post up some pictures of the car to show why its worth 9. And whyw ould you throw out such a high number like 9 if your also willing to let it go at 6.5? If we cant find anything lower than 6 then why did you say at least 6.5? Well, at least could we see pics?
so it appears we do know nissan huh? book value is significantly lower than your starting price.
besides, if you’re trying to sell anything on son, it better be free, or cheaper than a pack of smokes. and even then people will ask for pics and all that…
My 1995 however was uhm, less, I’d rather not say how much, but it was rescued from a yard in need of $1500 bodywork and a clutch…
So in comparison to your asking price, I’ve purchased 2 S14’s complete with professional bodywork (better than factory- painted inner rockers)
Yours is an auto, I wouldn’t hold my breathe for $6000, but if it hasn’t seen winter (IE: stored indoors) than your not entirely out to lunch, just that auto is much less desirable,
Your last bump was July 12th cuz u lowered the price (still not low enough for an auto… try autotrader cuz no1 here would pay that much) and u just bumped urself 3 days later. This is bound to get locked since u bumped too early and u joined the board just to sell ur car…
