The type of warranty, provider and duration.
Product serial number (on request).
OS avaiability
Manuals, drivers and any additional items that might be avaiable.
Pictures of the actual unit if not a retail box.
And if this is not a one time thing (which look slike it won’t be), can you provide receipts?
