if it was a little more north (like Amherst/Tonawanda), I’d be interested

mind giving the address? i’m looking, but i think that may be out of my distance.

thanks.

hrmmm I might be interested…that seems like a very good price…I’m sure it’ll sell stupid fast

nevermind…it’s in the vegas…I thought you lived near mshadow…

GLWS

yeah, two more blocks over, and i’d be in williamsville, but your taxes would be much much higher.

weakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

i sent you a pm a while ago…check them. whats your timeline on selling?

Sorry, i forgot about that.

I think i just brushed it off, because you said somethign about over winter?

We need this house gone. Otherwise, we are going to abandon it, and find DOS running around inside it, with his lil UE crew.

hahahahahahahahaahahhahahhhaaaaaaaaaaaaa

i can vouch 4 this house being verynice inside.

u might get more bids on here beck if your sister comes with the house

i’m sure we can work something out.

If this was next year i would be at the bank monday :frowning:

you beat me to it

As of a week ago…this mother fucker is SOLD.

For $125,500. CASH. :headbang:

Holy shit cheektavegas taxes are high!
(I waited until it was sold)

The house we moved into is 5k+ :gotme:

Cry me a river, 1/8th acre, 26K a year

The only thing that matters is value not acreage, etc.

$3284 ON $125,000 home?

That is high.

i dont think it’s high really. my house in the town of ton. carries like 2700 in taxes, small lot, house might sell for about 110k.

houses that just sold in village of wmsvl/amherst for 115-120 were 4,000 - 5,500 in taxes with average lots. a 300,000 house out in clarence is about 4,500 in taxes. the same price house on GI is almost double that. its more about location than size or price.
