People always say EA has high taxes but, per thousand they seem to be lower.
My house is worth $120000ish with a 100x300 lot and I pay $2000.
I know it is only opinion but I think the quality of life is better in EA rather than Cheektavegas or Tonawanda.
True or not I only pay $2000.
