  1. No. The car has not been registered for 3 months in Canada. I have arranged a temporary merchant agreement with the NECC for the sale of this vehicle.
  2. No. The car is not registered in my name but that is not a requirement. Its just like you selling your dads jeep.

I have permission to sell this vehicle aswell as all the vehicle and contact info. If anyone would like further details, please feel free to pm me.
