You can install these yourself, then pay a company like nextalarm.com to monitor it, or program the alarm panel to dial your cell phone.

Everything is honeywell and designed for this panel. The manual walks you through programming (the hardest part), the install takes a pro maybe 30-45min depending on # of doors/windows/motions/etc… First time for a novice should be around 2 hours. Programming will take a first timer at least 20-45min.
