Yeah, you were issued a ‘rebuilt’ salvage title. a ‘rebuilt’ salvage title has all the same freedoms to transfer as a regular, clean title.
If you have a salvage title that has not been inspected and considered ‘rebuilt’ by the state then you can not xfer or reg the title.

Ummm no It was previously stated that this car in fact has a rebuilt salvage title and not a standard salvage title. This means it has been inspected and is in fact road worthy. Not that it will ever see the road again.
