FS: Stage 2 2011 WRX Limited DGM Wagon $25k firm

Hey all,

I just got my degree and it’s time to put some extra capital into my business projects so it’s time for me to get out of my car payment. I still owe some money on the car but otherwise there aren’t any liens so there shouldn’t be any issues with transferring the title once the initial loan is paid off. I have owned the car since new. It has gotten new oil changes every 3-4k at Subaru using Shell Rotella T6 oil. Most of the miles have been highway and I’ve taken great care of the car since new. I had been planning to keep it long term but I’ve realized that I will have a great advantage in developing my personal endeavors if I get into a car that is paid off, so that has necessitated my moving on to something else.

It’s a 2011 DGM WRX Limited Wagon with every option except the touch screen GPS/radio.
32,708 miles but this will increase over time due to this being my daily driver.
I have nearly all of the records for work that was done at Northtown Subaru and Innovative Tuning. I installed most of the aftermarket parts myself.
The car has gotten rust-proofing each year before winter in order to protect it from the salt. The first year I got the complete protection package including rustproofing inside the door panels and under the hood. Issues:
The car was in 2 accidents. The first accident I was in a fender bender while sitting at a red light and the idiot hit me from behind while I was … clearly stopped for the red light. This was professionally repaired by Rainbow Collision and Innovative Tuning. The second accident was a collision with a deer. Front bumper, fender, windshield replaced. All work was done by Northtown Collision. Everything turned out perfectly and there have been no issues after the repairs.
There is occasionally a rattling from the turbo heat shield. It happens once every twenty times that I start the car and only lasts until I get the car going then it doesn’t come back. Honestly I haven’t even noticed it happening for the last few weeks so it may have gone away on its own.
The passenger side taillight overlay has some creases in it due to poor installation by the body shop that I had install them. I don’t notice the creases any more and you have to be paying attention. It still looks great from 5+ feet away so it’s not a big deal.
The Rotas don’t have TPMS sensors in them so the little yellow tire light comes on when they are installed.
The Rotas on the passenger side also have minor wheel rash due to tight parallel parking.
There are standard scratches and scuffs on the front bumper and side skirts for a 2 year old daily driven Subaru. Otherwise there are ZERO dings or dents and the paint is in phenomenal condition.
There are some scrapes in the interior hatch area from transporting snowboarding gear, as I did trips to Holiday Valley with friends every weekend over the winter. Not a huge deal.

Good stuff/Mods:
Everything works perfectly. There are no strange noises and the exhaust sounds amazing at every point in the rev range. This has been the best car I’ve owned and if I didn’t have to then I wouldn’t be selling it.
The car made 280whp/300wtq on Innovative’s old settings and 300/320 on the new settings. Power comes on strong and pulls well to redline.
