alright guys heres the deal. started to restore it but then got interested in my s10 alot more and couldnt afford both projects so this one has sat. its my dads, said hell either sell it outright or trade. a 4x4 pickup would be ideal for a trade. truck sat in a barn for about 16 years after we got until we pulled it out a few years ago. put new plugs fresh oil and poured gas down the carb and she started right up. has a 3rc motor i believe with a 4speed column shift. not 100% together bed is just sitting on frame not bolted down gastank not in etc. no seat but seats are easy to swap in. just under 74k on the truck. there is some rot but not that bad. heres a couple pictures of the truck i have a good 70 of them on the computer if you would like to see more or if you want to see the truck in person your more then welcome to. ill try and get a new picture of the entire truck tomarrow. truck is very rare only made for 3 years but alot of parts are interchangeable with other toyotas like the hilux. located in pendleton right on campbell blvd. thanks.
do you have a pic of what it looks liek all put together? Is that a typo “Toyota Stout”??
thats a neat little truck
ass “FS:” to the title
if you want to host the pics, sonikempire.com is a good place to put them
Free bump for a classic Toyota. Damn I got that same oil cap on my car. You should ebay it and probably make a lil more money.
no its not a typo. it is a toyota and is called a “stout” ill try to get a picture tomarrow of it. and we tried ebay but the bidder couldnt come up with the cash.
Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of those in person. Bump for a rare old-skool truck!
airhead, dosent surprise me that you havent seen another one. you probably wont either, thats how rare it is. anyways, heres some pictures of the whole truck as it sits, the other parts to it are boxed up and inside it. the wheels are not original, they are keystones off a corvette and i do not have the original wheels. i do however also have an old brochure that toyota had on the stout with specs n everything and also a repair manual. heres the pics:
Ugh thats hot. I would so be all over this if i had garage space! I wouldnt want that sittin outside. damn thats a cool ol truck. Whatevr you do dont sell it to some young kid looking for his first truck.

Just an idea of what they do/could look like.
jack, 1900 is part of the model. its a stout 1900.
what are you looking to get for it?>
x2, could be a neat project!
as far as what im lookin to get for it, i really dont know what its worth. about a year and a half ago the original owner’s son had stopped here at my house and offered 2 grand for the truck but i turned it down because at the time i wanted to keep it and was workin on restoring it. so i suppose an asking price of 2grand but thats not firm? also any trades are considered.
that is hot.
