if you are going to try to slice jerky your best best is to freeze it first. it is a lot easier to cut it when it is somewhat frozen
Yeah, they guy that I met tonight was going to make jerky. I advised him that partially frozen will make 1/4" slices easier. That or you could just buy knives like I have and never have to worry about it. Well, until you slice your finger tip off and don’t even notice OUCH!
