i’ll be out this morning and you could probably go to a local processor and buy it even if you didn’t kill a deer that shit gets all thrown together anyway just like the hamburg the only thing you really get back that are yours are the steaks and the loins and thats if u go to a repuatable processor or expect to get what they think you got coming to you
